Kerstin Hellmann Architecture and Alward Construction stripped this Edwardian to the essentials, adding a partial third floor. They clad the exterior in gray metal siding and roofing juxtaposed with orange integral-color stucco on the primary and lower levels. The team restored the original redwood wainscoting and trim in the living room and installed new built-ins finished to match. The third floor added a family room and bedrooms.
