Since joining NARI in 1995, ALWARD CONSTRUCTION has won 22 awards in the Bay Area, 12 CoTY (contractor of the year) awards in Region 7 (CA, HA, AZ), 8 national CoTY awards, 7 Chrysalis awards, 2 Professional Remodeler awards and 1 Qualified Remodeler award. Alward Construction has been selected by Remodeling Magazine as one of the top 50 remodeling contractors in the country. Qualified Remodeler magazine selected Alward Construction as one of the top 500 remodeling contractors in the nation.
