WILSON-CASEY: SECOND STORY ADDITION

2001 NARI National CoTY Award, Addition $100-$250,000

The owners wanted to create a second floor bedroom with a view of the San Francisco Bay. This would allow conversion of an existing bedroom on the ground floor into a media room and living room for the guest suite. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate the new structure with the very architecturally detailed original home.
